11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed on Tuesday)
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Directions: From WV Route 2 turn East onto 12th Street in Moundsville. Travel for approximately 1.5 miles. The shelter is located on the left immediately preceding the fork in the road.
